The Solaris variety coped better than expected with the May rainy lot of 2020. The resulting wine does not compare in taste, body, aroma and depth to the great Grand Crus as we know them from French winemaking. In addition, it is enriched with pleasant acidity and despite the high alcohol, but pleasant to drink as with all "untrained" wines, it does not deny its place of origin.
