Muscat blanc is the varietal "flagship" of our vineyard and it will also receive the attention it deserves in the future. The grapes for the preparation of this wine come from several stages of thinning. Their high sugar and long-term fermentation on their own yeast contribute to the creation of an extraordinary wine.
